I recently had the misfortune of staying at a certain hotel that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My experience was marred by abysmal service, ongoing renovation work, and rooms that were far from accommodating. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others who might consider booking a stay at this establishment. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel staff had no interest in providing a pleasant experience. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence as she checked me in. Her lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay. To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation during my visit. I was unaware of this fact when making the reservation, as it was not disclosed on their website or during the booking process. My assigned room was a nightmare. The furniture appeared worn-out and outdated, desperately in need of replacement. The AC wasn’t working properly, the washrooms were wrecked. It is clear that the management prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction, and until they address these issues, it is best to avoid this hotel!
